What happened

Member was sliding a heavy unit out of storage area to place on a top rack. Member lost balance and started to fall backwards. Member reached out and grabbed the W rack that the unit was stored in so they wouldn 't fall. The weight of the member on his left shoulder caused him to feel pain in his shoulder area.
