EE exited AW Makeup room towards time clock when loss of traction caused feet to slip out from under her resulting in right side of hip knee ankle and chin to hit linoleum floor by time clock. As EE fell towards ground EE tried to reach out to stop with left hand jamming left middle finger and breaking the nail off at fingertip.
