EE was cleaning up [REDACTED] at appx [REDACTED]. Clean up included moving multiple tire jacks and a fuel bowser trailer. EE has stated that no one action such as a trip slip fall was the triggering event. EE claimed after sitting for a while in the office after the cleanup when he noticed pain in his lower back. Injury was reported by EE to [REDACTED] on duty the following day 14SEP. [REDACTED] offered EE to get seen by doctor declined to get medical treatment. Lost time
