While working at the operations center at [REDACTED] I was seated at my desk when I rose to speak with my supervisor. As I turned my chair away from the desk to get up my left foot caught the rising desk cable from underneath causing me to trip and fall onto my left knee and elbow. This resulted in soreness and swelling of the affected joints. Consequently I left work at approximately [REDACTED] halfway through my shift and remained out of work for the [REDACTED].
