[REDACTED] was holding the tongue for a bag cart waiting to connect the cart to a tug. While holding the other bag room agent was starting the tug in front of [REDACTED] which was already in gear. The other agent was giving the tug gas to start and when the tug started it reversed into [REDACTED]. The tug struck [REDACTED] and slammed him into the bag cart the tongue of the bag cart stopped the tug from going further back
