While moving a 26 lbs box she felt a pop in her right shoulder when she was placing the box into a sorting pile. She did not bend or reach while putting the box down. She has full range of motion but describes feeling a shooting pain from her right shoulder down into her arm when she tries to move her arm. She also describes feeling a dull pain in the front of her right shoulder.
