Removing a Tine Separator to clean out a harvester

What happened

Team Member was performing a clean-out for a John Deer harvester and had placed the back cover in an upright position. When removing bolts to the Tine Separator (slide-out) the cover fell approximately 3ft onto their head causing an impact injury.
