While [REDACTED] was inspecting guest rooms she stated that while entering the guest room she had tripped. There was nothing in the surrounding area that she tripped on. She stated that the top of her foot towards he toes were swollen and she could not put full weight on her foot. [REDACTED] did not seek medical attention
