Inserting a battery pack into the tractor.

What happened

Employee was inserting battery pack into tractor with his hands on each side of the frame. The battery insert is tight. When the battery finally was pushed all the way in the employee’s hands were in a pinch point. Employees left middle finger was caught in the pinch point causing a fracture and a contusion to the fingernail.
