He was walking in the make up area.

The injured employee was getting dough from the cart that needed to be placed back in the mixer. This cart is right next to the roller table. Injured employee was an innocent bystander. Since he was near the area where the pans were getting jammed he was struck by a pan that failed to land on the roller table. The pan hit the employee on the right foot as the pan was headed for the floor.
