What happened

Operator was using a forklift to move a skid of mother cartons on bottle line dry side next to the [REDACTED] [REDACTED]. When they were turning they did not notice some of the material on the skid was sticking out off of the skid and that material got caught on the [REDACTED] [REDACTED]. The [REDACTED] is on wheels so when the operator driving the forklift made contact with the machine the machine moved abruptly and struck another operator standing nearby. Operator who was struck by the machine got the wind knocked out of them.
