What happened

Team Member 1 and Team Member 2 were performing sanitation tasks on [REDACTED]. TM 1 placed their hand on the bottom framework of Accurate 3 to brace themselves as TM 1 bent down to retrieve a cleaning towel from their scrub bucket. As TM 1 leaned down their right elbow came up against the drive shaft of the running exit conveyor. When their skin came in contact with the metal the TM received a shock.
