Before the incident

The employee was in the waste water treatment area using the air nozzle to blow off debris off of counters and tabletops withing the waste water treatment area.

What happened

When the employee grabbed the air nozzle there was loose debris in the surrounding area. As he was blowing the counters and the tabletops off with the air nozzle debris flew back into his eye. Employee claims he was keeping a reasonable distance from the counters and the tabletops he was blowing off.
