On [REDACTED] at approximately [REDACTED] a Maintenance crew was working on replacing the Quad infeed section 2 deck chains During the process of feeding the new chain into the raceways and over the sprockets one of the maintenance employees reported to his co workers that he got some dust in his eye and went to flush it out The MER responded to aid in flushing After some effort it was determined that the employee would need professional help to clean out the FBE He was able to reach
