What happened

A two person PM crew was finishing up [REDACTED] on a [REDACTED]. While aligning bolt holes with a prybar and using the machines internal winch the cable holding the belly pan snapped allowing the pan to swing down and strike the technician in the head. He was transported to the emergency room and received stitches above his right eye and will report back to work his next scheduled shift.
