What happened

[REDACTED] was walking around the side of the desk to pet a guest 's dog when her knee gave out causing her to fall. She hit her head first. She remained conscious the entire time and was able to be assisted up by [REDACTED] and [REDACTED] to a chair in the back office where she was provided ice. [REDACTED] 's knee which she has shared previously is a problem for her gave out at she was turning around the desk causing her to fall.
