What happened

On [REDACTED] [REDACTED] I had a needle stick exposure with a dirty needle that was disposed of in a sharps container but was still in the lift portion of the container. When I went to dispose of a used needle i had used the used needle in the sharps container p opped out sticking me in my left hand thumb knuckle. The site was washed and flushed with soap and water. There was a tiny puncture to my skin but no blood.
