Breaking the bead on a truck tire pulling the tire upward and around to rotate it.

What happened

Employee was removing the tire rim from a vehicle using a stationary machine to break the bead inside edge of the tire from the rim. When he lifted upward to rotate the tire rim as part of the process he felt a pop in his left wrist
