What happened

employee reports - The bed alarm sounded. I went in and patient is COVID positive. I gowned up and asked him to sit down. He was already up and wouldn 't sit down. I put my mask on and went in because he had already fallen prior to admission. He wouldn 't sit down and was very unsteady. He grabbed my shoulders especially the right and used me like a walker. I attempted to assist him to use the urinal. After incident noticed pain to right shoulder.
