Before the incident

[REDACTED] was dumping a bag at the bag station on wash line 1. He was using a step ladder to guide the bag over the bag dump station.

What happened

After he dumped the bag he stepped down backwards using both hands on the handrail. As he stepped off the last step he steeped awkwardly and fell. As he fell he heard a pop in his right ankle and felt pain.
