What happened

Hand ceiling wire from the joist to tie up light fixtures. Climbed 6 ' ladder and extended out my reach with the 7 ' piece of pipe I felt like someone lightly flicked my right side and had some discomfort. At this point I had approx 1 2 the room done with the task at hand.
