EE STEPPED ON TO PALLET TO GRAB A CASE OF WATER BOTTLES AND ASTHEY ATTEMPTED TO STEP OFF PALLET THEIR FOOT GOT CAUGHT IN THE PALLET WRAPPING CAUSING THE INDIVIDUAL TO FALL WITH THE CASE OF WATER. EE SUSTAINED A STRAIN TO THE RIGHT KNEE AND LOWER BACK.
