Before the incident

The door of the EE cab on the delivery track and the [REDACTED] handle used to enter the truck.

What happened

The EE was returning to his truck after completing his delivery. As the EE went to enter the truck he grabbed the handle at the side of the door and began to enter the truck. When the EE did this the platic grab handle broke and the EE fell backwards onto the ground.
