What happened

Employee was coming from the cooler side into the production area by Line 1 filler with a high reach forklift. When the individual entered the area close to Line 1 he hit the soft water insolation pipe overhead causing him to be ejected from the forklift. Once the individual left the forklift he attempted to use his arm to break his fall causing it to be sore afterwards.
