What happened

On [REDACTED] Associate was meal picking on Line B. She stated that as she was removing a red crate from the top rack around [REDACTED] she felt a pop in her right shoulder accompanied by pain. She stepped off the floor to take pain medication. She then chose to report the injury around [REDACTED]. She was provided an ice pack for her shoulder and she declined further medical treatment before returning to work. She later returned to the production office around [REDACTED] requesting to be sent to the clinic.
