Employee cleared a pallet of beer cases and went to stack the empty pallet on top of the other empty pallets. While in the process of setting up the pallet on top of the other empties her finger somehow got stuck in the bottom of the pallet causing her right hand to get crushed between the pallet she was moving and the stack.
