Coworker not at desk. RN barrowed a coworker 's chair to speak with a patient at the front desk. RN stood up to get closer to the patient and coworker came back grabbed her chair from behind RN and when the RN went to sit back down not realizing the chair was gone fall to the floor landing on back and buttocks.
