What happened

EE was driving a forklift next to the baler to prepare to pick up a bale. The bale wire got caught on the wire spool guide cross causing it to lift from the ground spin in the air. [REDACTED] when EE attempted to step off the forklift to reposition the wire spool the spool lifted and spun again hitting EE on the upper left arm. *EE declined medical visit and received 1st aide only (ice pack)*
