What happened

Around [REDACTED] on [REDACTED] Maintenance Tech was working on [REDACTED]0039 [REDACTED]. He had just installed the [REDACTED] stroker motor and was starting to work on reinstalling the linear magnets for the axis. One magnet had a damaged corner and employee was looking to see which one of the magnets it was so employee could replace it. He slid two of the magnets together so their sides were touching. He slid his fingers of his left hand under one magnet placing his left thumb on top of the magnet to hold it slightly off the ground on one edge leaving the other edge (which was up against another magnet) still on the ground. He then used his right hand to start lifting the edge of the other magnet so employee could get a grip on that one as well. At this point his left-hand fingers were under one magnet with his left thumb on the top of the magnet causing the magnet to be tilted towards the other magnet at a slight angle.
