Before the incident

Employee was doing a delivery to a customers house. . As the Employee got to the porch a dog ran out from a trailer parked next to the house. A customer inside the home came outside to control the dog but the dog kept going after the DA. The dog lunged at the DA a few times and was able to bit the Employee above the ankle on the right leg as he was getting back into the vehicle
