What happened

Lead Construction Technician [REDACTED] was installing dock guards at Jeff Warehouse and anchoring the receiving side of the dock guard to the floor. Guard closed too tightly and the employee loosened the 4 anchors in floor to put washers under the receiving side. After the post was tilted to install washers the rail fell into the receiving side landing on and cutting employees hand.
