Before the incident

AE was at Tarhill Cabinet and Millwork in [REDACTED]. She was delivering 6 pallet of freight that was solid wood cabinets.

What happened

They had no dock so she had to back her trailer up to a hillside with her liftgate up and lower it on to some plywood they had layed out there for a makeshift dock. AE states that as she was attempting to make the delivery the plywood broke under the weight of the skid(1034 lbs)
