Retrieving traffic control equipment from a trailer

EE was in the process of closing [REDACTED] due to a previous collision when a vehicle ignored the temporary traffic control and collided with two trucks and the trailer that he was inside of. Employee was ejected from the rear of te trailer and struck the other vehicle and pavement.
