Technician was conducting an inspection of the [REDACTED] after a wash. The technician needed to use a stool in order to reach the mixer and conduct an ATP test. As the technician was getting down the stool moved and technician lost his balance and twisted his foot. He fell backwards and hit his head and right shoulder on the safe guards.
