What happened

The Room Attendant was cleaning room 426 as a check-out and as she was cleaning the mini-fridge she was throwing out what was left behind in the fridge. She was a piece of paper with a clear tube and a green top. Food was also left behind so she picked everything up and threw it out. As she threw everything out she felt a pinch on her finger. She looked over and realized there was a small needle on the clear tub with the green top.
