Employee stepped on a piece of wood on the floor as they dismounted their forklift causing them to twist their ankle which also caused t right knee to buckle. The employee reported the incident to their supervisor. Soon after the employee complained that their knee has started to swell with a burning sensation. Employee then requested to leave to seek medical attention.
