EE was discharging a system tank.

What happened

EE was loosening the connection fitting a half turn to feel hear if any pressure was still in the line. EE did not hear any pressure which according to them is normal and as the EE continued to unscrew the fitting the hose whipped back towards EE 's face and contacted left eye.
