Rolling parts into a batch booth

What happened

CA was pushing a rolling cart with 2 MTS main frame units on into the batch booth. Parts are hung with wire hooks and hang down from the top of the rack. As CA was pushing the rack it stopped suddenly making the parts swing forward and when the parts came back swing they swung right into their hand that was holding the cart and smashed their fingers.
