Patient instruction completed for technique for log rolling to return to supine in bed and she was working on this skill with needed assist to bring legs up into the bed. Therapist squatted to assist patient with legs into bed and with lifting legs felt a sharp pain in lower back. patient was safely repositioned in bed and was following therapist instruction for technique and safety.
