What happened

Pt sitting at end of bed which is different position than usual. Started IV but was positioned differently than usual so made mistake when taking needle out and attaching tubing. Attempted to do quickly as awkward position and attempting not to get blood everywhere. Did not withdraw needle of angio cath fast enough and stuck self with used-dirty needle in R hand on the side above thumb
