Gathering supplies from a cooler

Employee stated that she was gathering supplies for the delfield in the sub shop cooler. She said she reached down to get onions on the bottom shelf and she felt her foot twist to the left. She said her foot has been worked on so it does not go to the left. She then said she lost her balance and caught herself using the racks in the cooler. She said she is feeling quite a bit of pain on her left side. She feels better sitting or standing but walking is what gives her pain.
