What happened

While worker was grinding on boom frame worker felt a foreign matter hit his eye. Worker went and flushed his eye out with running water. The irritation went away after he had irrigated his eye. Worker went back to conduct fitting operations. After work worker felt irritation in the same eye and noticed a piece of foreign matter. worker went and sought medical advice shortly after.
