Employee states they walked into the freezer to grab some product from a coffin. When they stepped forward to get a tray out of the coffin their left foot slipped and they fell backwards. They first landed on their bottom and then their back hit the floor. Employee stayed on the floor for a minute. Employee was able to get up on their own
