Employee was crouching or squatting to get an item out of the bottom of the delfield coolers when he heard a pop or a crack in his left knee. Employee stood up and felt pain right away so he was sent on a 15-minute break. Returned to work after. Knee swelled and bending and walking was difficult for the first hour after the incident.
