What happened

Operator was in training attempting to fill up a sanitizer jug. When using the hand pump to pump hydroxysan plus out of a blur barrel a drop of chemical launched upwards and landed in the ops eye. The operator immediately went to the eye wash station within 10 seconds and began rinsing.
