[REDACTED]: Employee called in tears explaining that she had fallen on her foot and heard a cracking sound. She was in extreme pain and wasn 't sure if she was able to walk. Other employee then called over injured employee 's manager so he would be aware of the situation. Other employee initially suggested that injured employee see if a nearby Urgent Care has an X Ray machine and that she may be able to come and get injured employee and bring her to said Urgent Care depending on if injured employee could get up at all.
