What happened

I was shrinking out product at the shrink cart near desk. There was a u cart to the right of me. An employee came out the double doors with a power jack load first. The load slammed against the u cart and the u cart smashed into my ankle. I fell over into the manager 's desk moving the whole desk over. My foot was numb directly after the impact but I was able to walk to the front end with my manager. Has developed pain on right side of the rib cage along with right shoulder blade.
