What happened

Employee was in the process of opening the outside door (entrance to the hallway to the restrooms and breakroom) to enter the restroom the employee hit his foot with the door causing him to fall forward. The employee attempted to catch themself by putting up his left hand. When he raised up his left hand to catch himself his body lunged forward shutting the door on his left hand.
