What happened

Operator was vacuuming out a Dial- X machine at the end of their shift to clean out dropped parts in the bottom of the machine when they suddenly felt a sharp pain in their back that ran down their legs. Vacuum used was without proper attachments to reach area needed. Employee attempted to self-treat once pain was realized the [REDACTED] but on [REDACTED] asked for medical attention and elected to see an occupational health doctor where they were given prescription medication and PT.
