What happened

The team member maneuvered his body to get a better view of the vacuum vessel to be worked on the team member placed their right hand above their body to create three points of contact. Once the team member was done evaluating the situation the team member removed their right hand and struck a sharp metal object causing a laceration to the top right hand.
